Meet Tim Clinch, world famous photographer and Kate Hill, expert on the cooking of South West France and Spanish adventures. They will lead you on a a colourful jaunt around Andalucía and show you all the charms and secrets of the South of the South of Spain.

We’ll meet in Seville but quickly take off along the smaller less travelled roads, using the personal road map that Tim, once a long time resident of Spain, and Kate have drawn up: you will travel from the Ham pastures of Jabugo and the charming Sierra hideaway of Finca Buenvino, where Tim and Kate will join with Jeannie and Charlie Chesterton to show you culinary secrets of our region.m Then on to the Sherry Triangle bodegas and bars, to coastal pleasures of Cadiz.

Tim having just completed work on a new book project in Jerez opens the doors to some wonderful cellars as well as sharing his iPhoneography tips and Photography Workshop knowledge. Eat, Shoot, and Cook the wonderful foods of Andalucía and Southern Spain.
